Milani Arguelles

Milani Arguelles joined the customer service team at Taylor Publishing in May 2005 and is looking forward to helping customers for many yearbook seasons to come.

Milani has 14 years of yearbook experience, including two years as editor in chief at Baylor University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and French. During her time at Baylor, Milani wrote for Lariat Newspaper and Baylor Magazine, and spent four years on the Round Up yearbook staff.

Milani feels that her years spent as a Taylor customer make her an asset to current customers: "I have been on their side of the fence before, and I have dealt with the same issues that they are dealing with now. I know how things work when it comes to managing a yearbook and a staff, and I understand exactly what type of customer service advisers require."

During her spare time, Milani enjoys reading, shopping, dancing, and spending time with her friends and her miniature rat terrier, Sandy Lou.
